While in college, Youth Business University's CEO Jeffery D. Henderson was the president of Phi Beta Lambda (college business student organization) which entailed having the second largest chapter in the Southeast with over 100 members. Since Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is connected to Phi Beta Lambda, CEO Henderson was elated that Youth Business University would have the opportunity to provide assistance to Towers High School Future Business Leaders of America Program.
Future Business Leader of America is the largest and oldest business student organization in the world.
Since 2013, Youth Business University has been partnering with Towers High School to help provide assistance with Towers High School Future Business Leaders of America Program. In 2014, Youth Business University was asked to also provide assistance to Towers High School's Chick-fil-a Leadership Academy and Communities in Schools Programs.
In 2013, Youth Business University also provided several combined Economic Development, Workforce Development, and Personal Finance Empowerment Workshops.
